Accomodation in Ibiza Town

Host Families

The Instituto de Idiomas Ibiza selects the host families carefully. This accommodation
type gives you the chance to get a detailed insight in the Spanish way of life. Here you
will experience closely how the Spanish organize their life.

All our host families are within walking distance (1-15 minutes) from the school. Host
families can have many constellations: single families with father, mother and children;
single mothers with their children; couples without children, etc.

Unless agreed differently, our host families provide single rooms including breakfast. Bed linen is
provided and you are allowed to use the washing machine once a week. Private
bathrooms usually are not available. Ironing is not included although you can talk about
it with the family. Talk about everything with the family. This is exactly how you can
make this experience unique!

In order to organize everything well, we need to know your arrival and departure dates
exactly. Please provide those in the inscription form or call the host family directly. They
will be glad to wait for you at home. This is very important in order to make sure
somebody is at home when you arrive.

Tip: Host families are a good place for the open minded towards other cultures and for everybody who wants to get to know a different way of life. This means that sometimes the standards are much lower than what you know from your home country. It is definitely the most intensive way to learn Spanish and to find out about the Spanish way of life.

               

Shared appartments

Shared apartments give you a high degree of independency. The apartments vary in size and the flatmates can be other students or other visitors of Ibiza. You might have between 1 and 5 flatmates and you can choose between single and double rooms.

It is not possible to book any meals but you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Shared apartments require a good sense of responsibility in order to live well together with other persons, especially in an international environment. Therefore, for example, it is strictly prohibited to organize parties in a shared apartment.

In order to make a reservation in a shared apartment, you will have to pay a deposit of 150 €. It will be returned to you at the end of the stay if no damages took place and the key is returned on time.

Hotels and Hostals and private apartments

If you prefer to have a place of your own, please feel free to ask us for the possibilities of private apartments (also at the beach), hotels and hostels. We can offer you all price types.
